After a long day sit back with your favorite beverage and join your RCS CBA friends for a discussion on economic development. Our speaker will be Maureen Sager, executive director of the Alliance for the Creative Economy (ACE), a project of the Center for Economic Growth (CEG). ACE is dedicated to promoting and growing the Creative Industries in the 8-county Capital Region, which spurs development in other market segments. In addition to ACE, Maureen will discuss a regional talent attraction campaign.

Wednesday, February 10, 2021 @ 6 PM This event is hosted by Hosted by Preservation League of New York State and Historic Albany Foundation, is open to the public and very relevant for our community: Learn about the NYS Commercial Historic Tax Credit Program. This 20% tax credit for rehabilitation expenses for eligible commercial properties is used in combination with the federal historic tax credit program (20%), can provide a total of 40% in historic tax credits to rehabilitate commercial properties.
